So far you are on the right track. I find some of the text distracting and difficult to read. Can we make this stand out more? Perhaps think about incorporating graphic elements (shapes, color etc.) - check out Spin Magazine layouts and covers. You might also want to leave a space for the UPC symbol or put a symbol in there as a placeholder.
